I love to solve problems and help people. These two things come together for me when I am figuring out how organizations can get the most out of talent.  By helping people find the right job, and by building strong leadership and development programs, I help people feel more successful and satisfied at work. While this is great for organizations, the beautiful thing is the impact it has on people.  When you are satisfied with your job you live longer, have better relationships and are happier.  Using analytics to build innovative strategies related to talent for the betterment of people is what I do.
